During her career, Kim has had the opportunity to work with world class organizations and employees on key strategic human resources initiatives, including being a member of the General Electric team that designed and implemented GE's Executive Leadership Program known as XLP. Kim has many years of global HR experience in a variety of capacities and industries, has been invited to speak at the Executive Health & Benefits leadership conference, and has had the opportunity to offer training to local organizations including Plastek, Erie Federal Credit Union, and PNC Wealth Management.
